心力衰竭是严重影响国民健康的重大疾病。心肌能量代谢障碍是心衰的重要病理生理环节,线粒体作为能量代谢最主要的场所,是形态和功能最先出现变化的细胞器。以线粒体融合分裂为基础的动力学平衡,是影响线粒体能量生成代谢的关键环节。我们前期研究已证实益气活血中药对心肌线粒体功能结构、能量代谢、合成和转运具有调节作用。本研究以心梗后心衰大鼠为模型,采用RT-PCR及Western blot的方法检测心衰大鼠心肌线粒体动力学及自适应相关因子的mRNA及蛋白表达水平。从而证实益气活血中药通过线粒体动力学平衡调控线粒体自适应,并最终改善心功能。

Heart failure is a major disease seriously affect the national health. Myocardial energy metabolism disorder is an important pathophysiological link in heart failure, mitochondrial energy metabolism as the main place, is the first form and function changes of organelles. Mitochondria fusion division based on dynamic balance, which is a key process of mitochondrial energy metabolism and generated. Our previous studies have identified the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on myocardial mitochondrial function structure, energy metabolism, the synthesis and transport. This study use heart failure rats after myocardial infarction model,and rt-pcr and Western blot method to detect heart failure rat myocardial mitochondrial dynamics and the adaptive correlation factor mRNA and protein expression level. Which confirmed Yiqi Huoxue Decoction regulate mitochondria adaptive through mitochondrial dynamic balance, and ultimately improve the cardiac function.
