进一步完善滇重楼人工栽培技术是其产业化发展的必由之路。除了优化种质资源、科学的田间管理之外,深入挖掘内生微生物资源也势必对滇重楼的可持续利用大有裨益。本项目围绕滇重楼根茎内生细菌的多样性这一基本科学问题,通过选择性分离培养技术和高通量测序技术两种方法策略,对滇重楼内生细菌资源进行全面的分析和挖掘。试图通过比较分析不同区域滇重楼根茎和根际细菌的群落结构、不同品质 (甾体皂苷的种类与含量) 滇重楼根茎内生细菌群落结构的差异,深入了解微生物在滇重楼生长过程中所发挥的作用。本项目的开展有助于全面认知滇重楼根茎内生细菌的物种多样性,为积累与滇重楼有关的内生菌资源打下基础,更为人工栽培技术的优化提供理论指导。
英文摘要
The further improvement of artificial cultivation of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis is the only route for its industrial development. Besides the optimization of germplasm resources and field management, the endophyte resources is of great advantage in the sustainable utilization of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. The objective of this project is to exploit the bacterial community structure in the rhizome of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. By using selective pure culture and high-throughput sequencing strategies, we will analyze and exploit the endophytic resources of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. Based on the comparisons of the bacterial community structure differences among different producing areas, and between different quality (types and content of steroidal saponins), the rules of microorganisms played in the development of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis will be revealled. This project will promote our understanding about the biodiversity and functions of endophytes, and will provide more endophytic resources referring to Paris polyphylla var. yunanensis. Remarkablely, it will provide more theoretical guidence for the optimization of artificial cultivation.
