二星蝽属隶属于半翅目蝽科,该属种类分布广泛,近缘种间外部形态及生殖节特征差异不显著,给传统的以形态特征为主的物种界定带来较大困难,现已发现该属中国分布种类尚存若干待定种。本课题组前期的染色体核型研究表明,其特征差异可反映种间亲缘关系的近疏,属内种间核型具有特异性,可作为种间分类的依据;DNA条形码研究表明,该属中可能存在隐存种或新异名。因此本项目拟在原有样本基础上,补充采集该属代表性样本共200个以上,利用现代生物系统学方法,如染色体核型分析以及分子系统学等,比较该属种间和种群间在上述特征方面的差异和演化特点,以期对该属物种准确分类,并阐明该属所有中国种类和不同种群间的多态性,研究结果将为该属物种准确鉴定及多样性分化研究提供科学依据,也将为其它蝽科昆虫系统分类学研究提供重要参考。
英文摘要
The Eysarcoris (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae) bugs make economic damage to many species of crops. However, the extreme similarity in the external morphology and male genitalia features of affinity species brings great difficulty to traditional identification. For these reasons, many species remained undetermined in the former study of Chinese species. Karyotype studies on some species showed that chromosome characteristics differences can be useful for species identification, and DNA barcode approach revealed possible cryptic species or new synonyms in this genus. So in this project, more than 200 species including existing and future complementary ones will be restudied through morden biosystematics methods (eg. chromosome karyotype analysis and molecular systematics). Species boundaries and population diversities in this genus will be revealed by comparing the intra- and inter-specific variations and evolutional features. The results will provide scientific basis for pest differentiation of diversity, accurate identification of species and related studies, and will shed light on the studies of similar problems in other genera of Pentatomidae.
