近年来，随着人口结构的改变，老龄化社会已成为海峡两岸共同面对的严峻挑战。为了顺利开展2017 年海峡两岸智能辅助科技合作研究基金设立工作，及合理设置申请指南，特举办“2017 年度海峡两岸智能辅助科技合作研究议题共识研讨会”，将邀请大陆与台湾地区康复科技领域及智能辅助领域代表和科研管理人士一起，就合作范围、合作议题、开展形式等进行讨论，寻求共识确定指南方向。此次会议，期望透过两岸学者专家的研究合作，以功能需求为出发，分析两岸产业趋势，利用智慧科技及创新技术，进行适合老龄者及失能者使用的辅助系统开发。此次会议将集合海峡两岸同行的思想，为“国家自然科学基金委员会与财团法人李国鼎科技发展基金会”今后的联合资助合作研究项目，提供备选的研究主题建议等。此次会议，期望透过两岸学者专家的研究合作，以功能需求为出发，分析两岸产业趋势，利用智慧科技及创新技术，进行适合老龄者及失能者使用的辅助系统开发。此次会议将集合海峡两岸同行的思想，为“国家自然科学基金委员会与财团法人李国鼎科技发展基金会”今后的联合资助合作研究项目，提供备选的研究主题建议等。

With the changing of population structure, the aging of society is becoming a severe challenge across both sides of the straits. In order to establish the cooperation research foundation in the field of Intelligent Assisted Technology, we plan to hold the ‘The Consensus Seminar of Research on Intelligent Assisted Technology Cooperation across the Taiwan Straits 2017’. To this end, we will invite experts and research managements in the field of rehabilitation technology and intelligent assistance in the mainland and Taiwan. During the conference, we will systematically discuss cooperation issues, seek consensus and determine possible cooperating directions. The main aim of this conference is to collect the ideas from the counterparts across both sides of the straits, and provide alternative research topics for the jointly funded collaborative research project between the National Natural Science Fund Committee and the K. T. Li Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology in the year of 2017.

随着人口结构的改变，老龄化社会已成为海峡两岸共同面对的严峻挑战。为了顺利开展2017 年海峡两岸智能辅助科技合作研究基金设立工作，及合理设置申请指南，电子科技大学于2016年10月25-30日，举办了“2017 年度海峡两岸智能辅助科技合作研究议题共识研讨会”。会议共邀请来自海峡两岸的20余位专家学者参加会议，会议期间大陆方与会学者分别介绍了智能辅助科技方面的研究进展与成果，提出了本领域的研究计划与设想，并就合作范围、合作议题、开展形式等进行讨论。会议透过两岸学者专家的研究合作，以功能需求为出发，分析两岸产业趋势，利用智慧科技及创新技术，进行适合老龄者及失能者使用的辅助系统开发。此次会议集合海峡两岸同行的思想，为“国家自然科学基金委员会与财团法人李国鼎科技发展基金会”今后的联合资助合作研究项目，提供备选的研究主题建议等。会议的举办受到了国家自然科学基金委员会与财团法人李国鼎科技发展基金会的支持，整个会议取得了圆满的成功。
