证候是中医对疾病认识、临床诊疗和疗效评价的核心基础。“异病同证”和“异病同治”是中医辨证施治的特点之一。本课题从“病证结合”研究出发, 运用系统生物学原理和方法,通过采集原发性肝癌(简称肝癌)与大肠癌患者证候信息,检测患者临床指标和基因组、蛋白组和代谢物组的变化,分析中医证候信息和生物信息的关联,揭示其生物物质特征及“异病同证”的分子机制;制订并实施中医治疗肝癌与大肠癌的辨证施治方案,从患者的证候积分、临床和系统生物学指标、生存质量和生存率等,评价中医辨证治疗肝癌与大肠癌的疗效,探讨其“异病同治”的作用机制。我们将课题先期研究结果,与澳门中医药界同仁进行交流,互相学习,共同提高,以促进大数据技术在中医药研究中的应用。

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes is a core foundation of disease knowledge, clinical diagnosis and treatment and curative effect evaluation in TCM. “Same TCM Syndrome for Different Diseases” and “Same Treatment for Different Diseases” is one of the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment..This study is the “disease-TCM syndrome combination” research baced onprinciples and methods of stems biology, which is (1) through acquisition of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and colorectal cancer patients with TCM syndrome information, detection of clinical indicators and genomic, proteomic, and metabolites changes, analyzing the correlation between TCM syndromes and biological information, and revealing its biological material characteristics and the molecular mechanisms of “Same TCM Syndrome for Different Diseases”; (2).Developing and implementing the program of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for HCC and colorectal cancer to evaluate the efficacy of TCM syndromen based-treatment of HCC and colorectal cancer with TCM syndrom scores, clinical and systems biological indicators, quality of life and survival rate, and to revealing the mechanism of the “Same Treatment for Different Diseases”.In order to promote the application of big data technology in the TCM researches, we put the advanced research results in our project , to communicate with TCM colleagues in Macao, learn from each other, improve together.

随着大数据在航空领域的发展,各大航空公司已经逐渐开始利用大数据进行商业分析,以提高市场竞争力。在此以两个方面为例介绍大数据在航空领域的应用。 首先,基于飞机运行时引擎产生的大量数据,借助大数据手段进行分析和优化,提高航空公司的飞行效率,预测零件故障,进而合理安排维修计划,在保障乘客安全的同时,提高运营效率。另一方面,航空公司利用乘客的出行数据,分析乘客偏好,优化飞行线路和服务,从而减少航空延误,提高客户满意度和公司收益。
