由于连年的滥采乱挖和生态环境的严重破坏,藁本的野生资源日趋枯竭,产量连年锐减,供给缺口日益严重。经调查发现,目前藁本在药材市场上所占的份额较少,而新疆藁本的市场占有率较大,接近70%,且经常作为藁本销售、使用。但由于新疆藁本与藁本来源不同,替代使用缺乏系统的评价,给临床用药的安全和疗效带来极大的挑战。新疆藁本能否成为藁本的重要来源,其作为藁本使用是否可行、合理,亟需科学的数据进行论证!本项目拟通过基于植物代谢组学技术的化学成分分析、传统功效的现代药效学评价和谱效关系研究的集成表征,阐释新疆藁本与藁本在化学成分和药效学方面的差异,探讨新疆藁本作为藁本使用的可行性、合理性,扩大藁本的药材来源或明确新疆藁本的科学使用,并以此为基础,开展基于新疆藁本传统功效的系统评价,建立反映新疆藁本内在品质的质量标准和评价方法,为规范藁本的药材市场、保障临床用药安全及合理开发利用新疆藁本药材资源提供科学的依据。

Because of years of excessive collection and destruction of ecological environment, wild resources of Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix are running out and its yield reduces sharply. According to the survey of medicinal material market, Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix occupies a lower share, while the roots and rhizomes of Conioselinum vaginatum (Spreng.) Thell. occupies nearly 70% of the market and is usually used as Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix. Owing to their different original sources and lack of systematic evaluation, the safety and efficacy of TCM clinical application are faced with great challenges. Whether the roots and rhizomes of Conioselinum vaginatum (Spreng.) Thell. can be an important source of Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix, and be further used as Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix feasibly and reasonably, large amounts of scientific data need to be obtained for verification urgently. In this project, comprehensive chemical analysis and modern pharmacodynamical evaluation based on plant metabolomics and traditional efficacy, as well as spectrum-effect relationship study will be carried out to elucidate the difference of chemical constituent and efficacy between the roots and rhizomes of Conioselinum vaginatum (Spreng.) Thell. and Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix and discuss their substitutability. And according to the above results, systematic evaluation based on the traditional efficacy of the roots and rhizomes of Conioselinum vaginatum (Spreng.) Thell. will be launched to provide scientific evidence for the development and utilization of the resources of Conioselinum vaginatum (Spreng.) Thell..
