本课题将研究集眼压自动监测及引流为一体的智能微系统,可用于研究动物眼压昼夜24小时曲线及自动调控房水引流智能控制系统并可在将来临床应用于降低眼压治疗。其中关键科学问题包括:研究24小时自动眼压监测与干预对个性化青光眼治疗的方法,研究微机电系统在植入式系统中的特性,解决植入式系统的超低功耗和超小尺寸问题,研究对人体无害的可靠无线供电方法。该研究将最终实现集眼压自动监测及引流为一体的智能微系统。该研究初步拿出样机并在动物体进行初步的生物相容性检测。
英文摘要
In the proposed research, we will work on and eventually make an intelligent micro-system for automatic intraocular pressure detection and micro-rainage in animal . The success of the research will resolve following key issues in research and treatments: the personal treatment for glaucoma with IOP detecting and intervene, the best MEMS daptation to aqueous humor, ultra low power and ultra-small-size embedded system in eye and harmless reliable wireless power supply technologies.The primary work is to make out animal model and to test it.
