从事自身免疫性疾病特别是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)发病的表观遗传学研究。首次揭示转录因子RFX1在SLE发病中的重要作用及其表观遗传调控机制,创新性提出转录因子E4BP4表达水平升高是SLE患者T细胞中的一种保护性机制,首次绘制并整合分析不同临床表型SLE患者CD4+T细胞基因组DNA甲基化谱、基因和microRNAs表达谱。发表第一作者SCI论文13篇、通讯作者SCI论文3篇,累计影响因子67.946,其中影响因子大于7分的论文4篇,SCI他引总次数120次,单篇最高SCI他引28次。入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、首届湖南省“湖湘青年英才支持计划”、中南大学“升华育英计划”。主持国家自然科学基金课题2项、湖南省杰出青年基金1项。在国际国内学术会议上作报告14次。获得高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖(排名第三)、湖南省科学技术进步奖一等奖(排名第三)。申请发明专利1项。参编专著2部。

I have been engaged in the research of the epigenetic mechanisms in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases, especially systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We first revealed the important role and epigenetic mechanism of transcription factor RFX1 in the pathogenesis of SLE, confirmed that transcription factor E4BP4 overexpression was one protective mechanism occurring in SLE T cells, mapped and analyzed the genome-wide DNA methylation pattern, gene and microRNA expression profiling in CD4+ T cells of SLE patients with different clinical phenotypes. I have published 16 SCI-indexed papers, among which 4 papers have impact factors of greater than 7. The total impact factor is 67.946. My papers were cited for 120 times by others and the highest cited times of one paper is 28 times. I have be elected in "New Century Talent Supporting Project by Education Ministry", "HuXiang Young Talent Supporting Project by Hunan province" and "Sheng Hua Yu Ying Project by Central South University". I was supported by 2 projects of National Natural Science Foundation and the project of Hunan Provincial Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. I have given 14 presentations in international and national conferences. I won the second prize of Colleges and Universities Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Prize of Ministry of Education in 2014 (rank the third) and the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Prize of Hunan Province in 2012 (rank the third). I applied for 1 patent and participated in writing 2 scholarly monographs, which have been published.
