股骨头坏死给病人带来极大痛苦,而关节置换对机体损伤较大且耗费较多,仍缺乏微创有效的治疗方法。骨髓间充质干细胞具有多向分化功能,其对无菌性股骨头坏死的修复有着重要作用。本研究与瑞典合作,采用新型骨修复颗粒并复合骨髓间充质干细胞,填充至股骨头坏死区域,希望通过有效的干细胞运输载体达到股骨头坏死治疗作用。新型骨修复颗粒具备表面微孔结构,可供组织长入,与骨髓间充质干细胞复合,有望可增加组织修复能力,达到治疗股骨头坏死的效果,并探索相关机制。本课题依托于国自然面上项目,主要资助课题组成员赴欧交流学习以及双边交流会议。
英文摘要
Femoral head necrosis brings great pain to patients and is still short of minimally invasive and effective treatment. Artificial joint replacement seems cost more money and greatly damage health of patient. Mesenchymal stem cell have multiple differentiation function and studies showed important effect in treatment of this disease. This study cooperated with Uppsala university and used the new bone repair particles which added mesenchymal stem cell to fill in the femoral head necrosis area. We hope to acquire a suitable stem cell carrier to delivery stem cell to necrosis area and get a good treat effect. New particles with surface microporous structure could allow tissue ingrowth. The recombination with mesenchymal stem cell may enhance the ability of tissue engineering, which may solve the treatment of femoral head necrosis. Our project relay on the previous project of NSFC and mainly pay for exchanging student to european and communication with Sweden.
