针灸传统理论中所蕴含的人体体表刺激的某些效应规律，至今未能全面解释或呈现，而植根于既有概念的现代临床与实验研究，很多已异化及模糊了其原质内涵，既往针灸理论已不能很好地指导临床医疗或启发科学探索，亟待突破、创新与发展。本课题通过诠释学、信息论、文献计量分析等研究手段，以针尖刺激人体身形结构的视角，结合多种身体观认识，阐明传统理论中针灸刺激着力点的时空维度及其效应关系，形成能用于切实指导针灸临床实践的相关理论表达，并以此审视人体针灸刺激起源的古代科学思想用意及当代发展的创新思考，为探究我国原创医学针灸学的科学基础提供古代身体学层面的研究依据与认识基点。

The traditional acupuncture theories contained parts of the regularities of the stimulating effect on the surface of human bodies which even today have not been thoroughly explained or presented. While many modern clinical and laboratorial researches rooted in existing concepts have alienated and confused their original connotation. The previous acupuncture theories could hardly find their way to instruct clinical practice or inspire scientific exploration. The situation urgently demanded to be broken, innovated and developed. On the basis of research methods from textualism, information theory and bibliometrics, the project was started from the perspective of the stimulation on the physical structure of human by needles, combined with several views of body, and aimed at illuminating the relation of the time-space dimension of acupuncture stimulation and its effect in traditional theories. The relevant theoretical expressions which can be used in clinical acupuncture practice will be formed. Additionally, the original scientific intention of acupuncture stimulation on human in ancient time and its contemporary development will be reviewed. The foundation of research and viewpoint of understanding on the ancient somatology will be provided for the exploration on the scientific basis of our original medical acupuncture.
