申请人作为临床一线工作外科医师一直围绕临床密切相关的心肾移植器官炎症免疫、器官移植损伤保护和排斥、(非)致敏移植进行针对性研究,近5年来主要发表SCI文章18篇,其中第一和/或通讯作者文章13篇(含共同),主编英文器官移植专著1本由Springer出版社出版,荣获教育部2013高等学校优秀成果(科学技术)一等奖(3/15),受到国际同行的关注,受邀国际期刊撰写2篇专家综述,受邀国际研究基金评审和英文著作评审。主要学术成就包括:(1)阐明IL-6敲除供体能改变致敏心脏移植受体的先天性免疫包括MDSCs(髓样抑制细胞),并发现移植受体预致敏状态能放大冷缺血对移植心脏的损伤;(2)阐明MDSCs三个亚群在致敏心脏移植中的重要作用以及它们的不同抑制活性;(3)发现炎性细胞因子IL-6在供受体体重差异引起移植物功能延迟恢复中的重要作用;(4)对心脏、肾脏移植模型进行了创新和发展。
英文摘要
Applicant as a clinical surgeon has been closely engaged in clinic-relevant inflammatory injury and immune responses of heart and kidney transplant organs, protection and rejection of grafts, non- or sensitized transplantation. In the past five years, over 18 SCI publications have been achieved, including 13 (co-) first author and/or corresponding author SCI publications. An English book “rodent transplant medicine” has been published by the famous Springer Press. The award of outstanding achievement of the Ministry of Education (Science and Technology) (3/ 15) were successfully accomplished. Our studies attracted international peer attentions. The applicant was invited to prepare two publications by international journals and to review a grant from Kidney Research UK and a book from Bentham Publishing Group. A series of our serial researches include: (1) It was revealed that donor IL-6 deficiency could alter innate immunity including myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in a presensitized heart transplant model, and that presensitized immune condition of host could exaggerate prolonged cold ischemia-mediated injury of cardiac graft. (2) It was clarified the critical role of three MDSCs subsets and their different inhibitory functions. (3) It was exhibited that pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-6 played a critical role in the effect of weight difference between donor and recipient on delayed graft function. (4) Heart and kidney transplant models were innovated and analyzed.
