眼、外耳、外鼻等颌面组织器官缺损的外科手术再造效果不理想,仍需采用人工赝复体修复。但目前赝复技术还沿用传统的模拟雕塑法且赝复材料性能不够理想,缺乏统一而准确的比配色标准,存在赝复体形态恢复难、质地再现难、颜色不协调、制作周期长等问题,在形态、质感、颜色、功能方面很难达到仿真修复效果。本课题拟采用颌面组织器官数据库技术和激光选区烧结法,分别完成组织器官缺损修复的计算机虚拟设计和修复体模型的个体化快速制作;形成与面部组织硬度相适应的梯度硬度硅橡胶材料,提高其抗撕裂强度和抗老化性能,改善其表面性能;建立国人颌面肤色和颜料- - 赝复材料光谱值数据库,创立赝复材料的计算机辅助测色- - 配色的技术方案;达到赝复体形态仿真、质感仿真、颜色仿真的修复效果,开辟出一条不依赖手工经验的自动化的赝复体制作方法,实现赝复体制作方式的革命,还可为颌面外科、美容及整形科制订最佳手术方案、评估手术效果提供极大帮助。

The restoration of facial defect is a challenge task to surgeons. The facial prosthesis is considered as the satisfactory resolution to the problem. However, traditionally the prosthesis is manufactured by hand, which has kinds of shortcomings. It has difficulties in realizing the simulational effect in shape, texture, color and function of facial prosthesis. This research adopts the technique of facial organ database and selective laser sintering, in order to (1)realize the computerized design for prosthesis of facial organ defect and achieve the individulized rapid manufacture for prostheic model; (2)find out new silicone material with gradient of hardness, improve the anti-tear strength, antiaging ability and surface performance of the prosthesis; (3)build up a database for colors of Chinese faical skin and a database for paint v.s. spectrum values of prosthetic materials, and create the technique scheme for computer-aided color measurement and color matching. This research aims to create an automatic approach for prosthesis manufacture which can realized the simulational restoration for facial defects in shape, texture and function. The approach promotes a revolution to the traditional manufacture method, and it can be widely adopted in fields of maxillofacial surgery and cosmetology.
