1.We try to test the whole molecular sequencing of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) genomes in HIV positive and negative HIV patients in a province with high TB/HIV co-infection disease burden, Guangxi to analyze the differences of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of accumulated mutations in the multiple-drug resistant genomes, and understand the SNPs; we use other referential MDR-TB strains sources to establish the phylogenetic evolutionary tree and infer the phylogenetic evolution of M strain in the terminal branches with different HIV status; .2.We will re-construct the transmission network with using Bayesian model optimized for MDR-TB, release the MDR-TB transmission relationship in community level;.3.Compare the SNPs and the mutation rate for MDR-TB genomes in different stratification of HIV status, HIV phases and CD4 lymphocyte count in the transmission network to demonstrate the impact of HIV co-infection on the MDR-TB drug-resistant genomes transmission, mutation transmission and the MDR-TB transmission dynamic, explore the relationship of MDR-TB transmission. We like to use the results of this research to predict the MDR-TB transmission trend in Guangxi to provide the data-based evidence to stem MDR-TB transmission.
