抗衰老活性分子研究对于发现延缓衰老进程的先导化合物和研制衰老相关疾病药物具有重要的现实意义。该项目以双方申请人的前期合作为基础,旨在进一步加强双方课题组在抗衰老活性天然产物研究领域的学术交流与合作。项目的实施将以中韩双方课题组建立的药用植物来源的天然产物物质库(中科院西北特色植物资源化学物质库和Korea Bioactive Natural Material Bank,共包含1000多种植物提取物和5000多个天然单体化合物)为研究对象,通过合作交流与联合攻关,发现25-30个植物来源的抗衰老活性化合物,并通过对其作用机理和构效关系研究进行天然活性分子的结构优化,以期发现3-5个具有显著抗衰老活性的先导化合物,为抗衰老活性物质及防治衰老相关疾病药物的研制提供重要物质基础。

Research on anti-aging bioactive molecules has great significance for the discovery of lead structures to delay the aging process and new drugs to treat aging and relative diseases. On the basis of the established collaboration work between the two applicants, this project is to further enhance the academic exchange and cooperation on bioactive natural products research between the two research groups. This project will take the medicinal plant derived natural products banks established by the two China and Korea research groups (CAS Northwestern Plant Natural Products Bank (NPNPB) and Korea Bioactive Natural Material Bank (KBNMB), which include more than 1000 plant extracts and 5000 single natural compounds) as the research object, based on comprehensive academic exchange and joint research, to find 25-30 new plant derived anti-aging bioactive compounds. We also will optimize the bioactive molecules, based on the research on their mechanisms of action and structure-activity relationship, to find 3-5 potent anti-aging lead compounds. This project will provide the lead structures for the treatment of aging and aging-related diseases.
