本群体是以陈建国为带头人，王建枝、张勇慧、王芳、熊博、王小川为骨干，在长期实质性合作中自然形成的研究团队，已组建13年，包括973首席1人、杰青2人、长江学者3人、青年千人和优青各1人。依托教育部神经系统重大疾病重点实验室和2个教育部创新团队，群体围绕“认知和情感障碍性疾病发病机制和药物靶点”这一主题，开展了卓有成效的工作，取得了若干具有国际水平的重要进展，提出了“稳定NR2B亚基膜表达治疗情感障碍性疾病”和“AD神经元退行性变死亡”等新理论假说，近5年在Nat Genet、Mol Psychiatry、Neuron、Biol Psychiatry，PNAS等发表SCI论文230余篇，IF>10分论文17篇，他引4367次。共合作发表论文104篇。获国家自然科学奖二等奖，教育部自然科学奖一等奖、中华医学科技奖一等奖，湖北省自然科学奖一等奖2项等，授权发明专利10项。

This research group is leaded by Chen Jian-Guo, the members include Wang Jian-Zhi, Zhang Yong-Hui, Wang Fang, Xiong Bo and Wang Xiao-Chuan. The group is naturally formed during a long-term substantive cooperation for 13 years. The members in this group include one 973-Program Chief Scientist, 2 Distinguished Scholars, 3 Yangtze River Scholars, 1 Outstanding Youth and one "Young Thousand Talent Plan" scientist. Based on the key Laboratory of Ministry of Education and two Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education, this group has focused on and made progress in the pathogenesis and drug target for cognitive and affective disorders. We have proposed a new idea that the stability of the expression of glutamate subunits may serve as a new strategy for treatment of affective disorders, and a new hypothesis for the neurodegenerative death. We have published more than 230 papers in the Nat Genet, Mol Psychiatry, Neuron, Biol Psychiatry, PNAS, et al, which have been cited by others for 4367 times. Among them, there are 17 papers with the impact factor above 10. We collaborated on 107 articles. We also won the Second Prize of the National Natural Science Award, the First Prize of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education, and the First Prize of Natural Science Award of Hubei Province, and so on. We got 10 authorized national invention patents.
