降香黄檀是一种重要的经济林木,可以在西南和华南等石漠化地区生长良好,研究降香黄檀对石漠化环境的适应机制对于促进广西喀斯特石漠化生态环境治理和当地经济发展具有重要的意义。本研究以不同程度喀斯特石漠化环境下的降香黄檀为研究材料,研究降香黄檀根系与石灰岩触点的形态解剖、生理生化和胁迫诱导蛋白等方面变化特征。通过对降香黄檀根系及其根瘤的形态解剖特征研究探明降香黄檀根系的形态适应性特征。通过对降香黄檀根系对营养元素的吸收、根系分泌物以及根系的空间分布等研究揭示降香黄檀生理生态适应特征。通过对降香黄檀在石漠化胁迫下根系尤其是与石灰岩接触部位(简称触点)的根尖差异蛋白分析,揭示降香黄檀根系对石漠化环境胁迫的响应机制。

Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen is an important economic tree species in South China. It grows very well in karst region where desertification is very heavy. Understandiing the mechanism that Dalbergia odorifera adapts to desertification environment may be helpful to the governance of desertification and to the development of local economic. In this project, we plan to make clean the characteristics of morphology, physiology and induced-protein of root tip of Dalbergia odorifera living in different degrees of desertification. That is, to understand the form change of roots by detecting the anatomical characteristics of root and its nodule, to reveal the ecophysiology by checking the nutrient uptake, exudate and spatial pattern of roots, to illustrate how root of Dalbergia odorifera adapt to the karst rocky environment by analyzing the proteins from touch-point root.
