凤仙花属约1000种,以种类多、分布广、形态性状变异复杂而著称,是分类与系统学研究中的疑难类群。由于前人在该属的系统学研究中取样代表性不够、所用基因片段少、分辨率不高、未将广义形态证据应用到系统发育重建中,故仍然存在以下问题:①属下各主要分枝之间的系统发育关系模糊;②属下各主要分枝内部物种之间的系统发育很少被关注;③重要形态分类性状的演化式样不明确等。本项目拟开展凤仙花属综合证据的系统学研究:在全球范围内扩大凤仙花属的取样代表性;从宏观形态、微形态和孢粉学性状以及多基因片段的分子证据研究入手,将广义形态性状与分子证据有机整合起来,构建凤仙花属综合证据的系统发育关系,以澄清属下各主要分枝及其内部物种间的系统发育关系;解决重要分类性状的演化式样;深入理解凤仙花属植物的起源、演化和迁移等历史事件。本研究可为该属植物的分类修订提供稳健而可靠的系统发育框架,为类似超大属的系统与分类学研究提供借鉴。
英文摘要
The genus of Impatiens contains about 1000 species, which has been considered as one of most difficult taxa in taxonomy and phylogeny because of the high diversity of species, extremely extensive occurrence and the hyper-variation of morphological characters. Due to the absence of sampling representatives, limited number of DNA sequences, low resolution of DNA markers, and only DNA data employed in previous phylogenetic studies, there are also some vital phylogenetic problems needed to be resolved. First, the relationships among different main clades infrageneric and inners of the clades are ambiguous; second, the evolutionary pattern of some key morphological characters in taxonomy remained unclear. This project focuses on the phylogenetic reconstruction of whole Impatiens: based on extending sampling representatives of the genus, study gross morphological, micromorphological, palynological and molecular data, by employing these general morphlogical chararcters and molecular data to reconstruct the phylogenetic relationships of the genus. In order to resolve the phylogenetic relationships among those main clades and inner clades; shed light on the evolutionary patterns of the diagnostic morphological characters; further understand the origin, evolution and radiation of Impatiens. This study could provide a robust phylogenetic framework to help the taxonomic study of Impatiens, and to present some helpful reference to the taxnomic and phylogenetic studies of some other oversized genera.
