复合群的分类难题是许多植物类群在种水平上分类修订的一大阻碍。蔷薇属目前在分类上的主要困难即是属内存在许多难以界定的物种复合群，解决复合群的分类界定问题对蔷薇属的分类修订意义重大。复伞房蔷薇复合群因种间形态特征连续变异、交叉重叠以及存在杂交渐渗、不完全谱系筛选等原因而难以分类界定。本研究拟采用整合分类学的方法，在居群水平上对复伞房蔷薇复合群进行形态特征统计、群体遗传分化、地理分布格局及生态位分化等多层次、多角度的分析，以期厘清复伞房蔷薇复合群的种间界限，同时探讨整合分类学的物种界定方法对相关植物复合群分类学研究的作用和启示。

Classification of species complex is a big challenge for plant taxonomy on species level. The revision of genus Rosa is difficult since many species complex belonging to it. Achieve the species delimitation of complex is significant to the revision of Rosa. The delimitation of Rosa brunonii complex is quite difficult because of continuous and overlapping variation of morphological characters, introgression and incomplete lineage sorting. Based on the thought of population and integrative taxonomy, this proposal aims to clarify species boundaries of R. brunonii complex integrating diverse (morphological, molecular and ecological) evidence and analyses. Additionally, this proposal aims to assess the significance of species delimitation based on integrative taxonomy to related plant species complex.
