碗蕨科姬蕨属是薄囊蕨纲水龙骨目中少数几个分类问题较大的类群之一,亟待进行系统的分类修订。全世界姬蕨属植物约80种,呈泛热带分布,物种划分可用性状缺乏且形态变异复杂,属下分类及系统关系不明并缺乏足够的野外调查。并且细胞学和分子系统证据提示,少数几个种可能应该放在其他属。本项目拟基于系统的野外调查、采样和标本研究,结合形态学和系统发生重建的分析方法,构建姬蕨属内部分支及近缘类群间均有较高分辨的系统发生框架;并在此基础上,采用分子钟估算和形状演化分析,系统比较研究中国及邻近地区种类特征和亲缘关系,解决姬蕨属植物的物种分类学问题。
英文摘要
The pantropically distributed Bramble ferns Hypolepis, which belongs to Dennstaedtiaceae in the order Polypodiales, represents highly diverse genus with 80 species in worldwide. The phylogeny and classification of Hypolepis have not been completely resolved because of complicated morphological variations of few stable characters, unclear phylogenetic relationships at infrageneric level and insufficiency of field surveys. Moreover, based on cytological and phylogenetic studies, a few species may need to be transferred to a different genus. Therefore, in this proposal, we will carriy out surveys systematically, identify specimens herbarium and combine morphological evidence, molecular systematics, dating and character evolution to resolve the phylogenetic diversification and taxonomic revision of Hypolepis in China and adjacent regions.
