齿缘草属 (广义) 隶属于紫草科齿缘草族或并入琉璃草族,全世界约有90种,主要分布于中亚至泛喜马拉雅和北美的西部,少数生长在欧洲和南美。迄今为止,中国及泛喜马拉雅地区已发表的该属名称约有62个,初步统计约有49种5变种1亚种。研究区内的齿缘草属植物一方面存在种类鉴定上的混乱,另一方面,关于齿缘草属与假鹤虱属的分合也存在争议。此外,由于泛喜马拉雅地区涉及包括中国在内的七个国家,加之本属植物多分布于高寒缺氧、人迹罕至之地,历史上标本采集严重不足,给以往的研究造成很大的困难。本项目拟在大量野外调查和标本研究的基础上,结合微形态学、数量分类学及分子系统学研究结果,对广义齿缘草属植物性状变异和微形态特征进行细致的研究,分析评价形态性状的分类和系统学意义,澄清齿缘草属与假鹤虱属之间的关系,解决目前存在的分类问题,从而完成中国及泛喜马拉雅地区齿缘草属的修订,并完成《泛喜马拉雅植物志》齿缘草属的编写。
英文摘要
Eritrichium s.l. belongs to the tribe Eritrichieae or Cynoglosseae in Boraginaceae. The genus comprises about 90 species around the world, mainly distributes in Central Asia, Pan-Himalayas and Northwestern America, with a few species in Europe and South America. According to preliminary estimates, there are 62 published scientific names in China and Pan-Himalayas region, which belong to about 49 species, 1 subspecies and 6 varieties. Species identification and phylogenetic relationship between Eritrichium and Hackelia are still controversy. Furthermore, the Pan-Himalayas region consists of seven countries including China, Meanwhile, the species of Eritrichium are mostly distributed in alpine areas and remote places. Historically, these reasons lead to the insufficient of specimen collections and difficulties for previous studies. In this research, we intend to study both macro- and micro-morphological character variations based on specimens and comprehensive field investigations, combined with the evidence of micromorphology, numerical taxonomy and molecular phylogeny. We will evaluate the taxonomic and phylogenic significance of morphology characters and clarify the phylogenetic relationship between Eritrichium and Hackelia. Finally, we intend to complete the taxonomic revision of Eritrichium in China and Pan-Himalayas region and finish Flora of Pan-Himalayas (Eritrichium).
