国家自然科学基金委员会（NSFC）与加拿大卫生研究院（CIHR）达成协议，鼓励和支持双方科学家开展针对精神健康与痴呆症相关的实施性研究（Implementation Research）。本合作项目旨在通过对科学问题开展从基础科学到公共健康和政策的多维度、跨学科研究，发挥国际合作潜力与价值，通过国际合作提升精神健康与痴呆症相关的实施性研究水平，以及干预与管理机制，促进学术交流和知识共享。本中加合作项目为全球慢病联盟（GACD）第四轮精神健康领域项目征集的组成部分。.根据国家自然科学基金委（NSFC）与加拿大卫生研究院（CIHR）评审工作的安排，双方计划2017年9月4-5日在南非开普敦召开2017年度中加（NSFC-CIHR）精神健康与痴呆症实施性合作研究项目联合评审会。

The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) jointly support funding opportunity to promote the development of Canadian-Chinese scientific co-operation by supporting collaborative research teams working on implementation research projects in the field of mental health. Canada-China funding opportunity is expected to fund collaborative research teams that will generate new knowledge on interventions and their implementation for the prevention and management of mental disorders; to establish a Global Research Network of teams involved in implementation research on mental health in order to enhance collaboration and reciprocal learning across countries; and to strengthen capacity for implementation research on interventions to prevent and/or manage mental disorders. This funding opportunity is also part of the fourth joint research program of the Global Alliance for Chronic Diseases (GACD). .According to the joint review meeting arrangement of NSFC and CIHR, panel meeting for the peer review of applications to the GACD Request for Applications on Mental Disorders in Low- and Middle-Income Countries will be held 4-5 September 2017 Cape Town, South Africa.

国家自然科学基金委员会（NSFC）与加拿大卫生研究院（CIHR）达成协议，鼓励和支持双方科学家开展针对精神健康与痴呆症相关的实施性研究（Implementation Research）。本合作项目旨在通过对科学问题开展从基础科学到公共健康和政策的多维度、跨学科研究，发挥国际合作潜力与价值，通过国际合作提升精神健康与痴呆症相关的实施性研究水平，以及干预与管理机制，促进学术交流和知识共享。根据NSFC与CIHR评审工作的安排，双方计划2017年9月4-5日在南非开普敦召开2017年度中加（NSFC-CIHR）精神健康与痴呆症实施性合作研究项目联合评审会。本次评审由全球慢病联盟（Global Alliance for Chronic Disease，GACD）主办，南非医学研究会（the South African Medical Research Council，SAMRC）承办，本年度GACD项目征集的主题即中低收入国家精神疾病预防和管理的实施性研究。项目负责人受国家自然科学基金委员会国际合作局邀请，作为中方评审专家出席2017年度GACD精神健康与痴呆症合作研究项目联合评审会。按照GACD评审工作安排，评审会前认真评议并提交了对74份申请GACD资助项目的评审意见，评审会上交流了其中主审的9项申请的具体评议意见。圆满完成了NSFC和GACD的项目评审，通过第一次参加国际评审，了解了实施性研究的内容、要求与申请书撰写的技巧，为将来开展实施性研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。同时也了解了国际评审的流程与要求，结识了国际国内精神健康领域的专家，有利于将来开展该领域的国内外学术合作与交流。
