刺苍耳(Xanthium spinosum)为原产于南美洲的菊科植物,目前在我国的多个省区均有少量分布,但其在新疆伊犁河谷内已经成为恶性入侵植物种。项目组前期的研究发现,刺苍耳提取液具有较好的化感活性,但化感物质的种类、结构及其作用机理急待深入研究。本研究在前期工作的基础上,拟采用不同方法提取(收集)刺苍耳根、茎、叶种子中的次生代谢物质,以本地敏感作物、杂草为受体,在生物活性的跟踪指导下进行化感物质的分离、纯化和结构鉴定;采用室内活性生理生化测试、盆栽法、根系栽培法等实验手段,通过对化感物质作用方式、受体植物形态学、组织细胞学和生理生化指标变化的综合分析,揭示刺苍耳入侵的化学生态学机理。研究成果不仅可以丰富和完善入侵植物的化感效应研究内容,促进入侵植物的化学生态学机理研究,甚至开发可能的新的植物源农药,以及本地区有毒有害入侵物种的管控提供科学依据。
英文摘要
As a native plant species of Asteraceae in South America,Xanthium spinosum has been found in some areas of China,and it is a noxious,vicious invasive species which has widely spreaded in Ili River Valley of Xinjiang. The previous research indicated that the extracts from Xanthium spinosum possessed strong biological activity. However, the structure and species and mechanism of allelochemicals are in need of father investigation. The secondary metabolites of different parts of the plant will be extrated by different methods,and the allelopathic effects will be evaluated by conducting bioassays against six dicot plants and six monocot plants. According to the results of biological activity, the separation, purification, structural identification of allelochemicals will be performed. The purified compounds will be studied adopting these methods,such as testing of physiology and biochemistry, pot method and root-box experiments, by analying the affecting pattern of activity compounds, morphology ,cytohistoloy and physiological and biochemical indexes of receptor plants, and through which we can reveal the invasiong machnism of chemical ecology.The result will improve and perfect the contents of allelopathy studies of invasive plant species,promote the studies of chemical ecological machnisms,even the exploiting of new type of botanical pesticides.And at the same time, this work will provide some theoretical basis for the control and management of noxious invasive species in local area.
