我国农业科学发展正处于跨越的关键时期，研究和制定农业科学学科发展战略规划明确优先资助领域是国家自然基金等科研计划的迫切需求。本项目拟通过国内外调研，了解国家重大需求相关的重要科学问题，把握国际农业科学发展的前沿，提出“十三．五”我国农学基础和作物学学科的战略目标、整体思路、优先资助领域和重大交叉领域，为我国未来农业科研的发展提供必要依据和支撑。

The development of China's agricultural science is in a span-growing and critical period now. To formulate development strategies for agricultural science and identify the priority funding areas has become the urgent needs of the National Natural Science Foundation. Through investigating domestic and international researches, this project aims at understanding of the important scientific problems related to the major national demands, grasping the forefront of international agricultural science development, and putting forward the strategic objectives, overall train of thought, priority funding fields and significant overlapping field of agronomy and Crop Science disciplines for the 13th Five Year Plan, so as to provide the necessary basis and support for the development of China's future agricultural research.
