申请者致力于黑素细胞(MC)生理稳态失衡机制在重要皮肤病中的作用研究。代表性工作包括:1.发现以Nrf2为核心的MC氧化—抗氧化失衡及其引起的CXCL16介导的T细胞定向趋化、钙网蛋白CRT外翻引起的抗原识别及杀伤过程是导致MC破坏、白癜风发生发展的关键机制;2.阐明了以NER为核心的DNA损伤修复、未折叠蛋白反应及表观遗传学microRNA、乙酰化修饰等调控自噬维持MC稳态的核心作用,揭示了MC恶性转化和黑素瘤发生发展的的三条关键分子通路。共发表SCI论文81篇(含Epub 6篇),总影响因子376.576,其中第一作者21篇,通讯作者27篇,27篇影响因子大于5,他引802次。研究成果被写入50部国际英文专著,多次获邀在美国皮肤病学研究学会会议(SID)等国际会议发言,获国家授权专利5项,获陕西省科学技术一等奖,被评为教育部“长江学者特聘教授”、科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”。

The candidate is a leader in the field of melanocyte-dysfunction skin disease, and investigates how melanocyte homeostasis regulate vitiligo and melanoma development.The representative work has discovered the mechanism of vitiligo progression caused by melanocytes destruction, focusing on the Nrf2-antioxidant impairment with the CXCL16-mediated T cell chemotaxis and the calreticulin (CRT) translocation-induced antigen recognition and response. Her contribution has also elucidated three key signaling pathways regulating the core function of melanocyte homeostasis sustained by autophagy in melanocyte malignant transformation and carcinogenesis, including NER-cored DNA damage repair, unfolded protein response (UPR), epigenetic modification on microRNA and acetylation modification, which have become promising targets for cancer therapy. To date, the candidate has published 81 peer-reviewed articles (total impact factor of 376.576), among which 21 papers were published as the first author, 27 as the corresponding author, and 27 with an impact factor above 5. The publications have been cited for over 800 times and have been written into 50 international English monographs. The candidate has been invited to lecture on international conferences such as Society for investigative Dermatology (SID), and has got 5 national invention patents. For above contributions, the candidate has been awarded the chair professor of “Changjiang Scholar” and “the Youth Science and Technology Innovation Talents”.
