本课题以不稳定型心绞痛为疾病切入点,在广泛采集丹参类注射剂临床研究信息的基础上,应用stata和WinBUGS为主的数据挖掘平台开展研究,采用贝叶斯网状meta分析为主的实验方法,创造性地构建丹参类注射剂治疗不稳定型心绞痛的多维(“单方-复方”、“中药-化药”、“粉针剂-注射液”、“不同剂量”、“不同疗程”、“联合用药”)临床评价模型,并应用德尔菲法对模型的准确性进行综合分析与检验。.通过解析贝叶斯网状模型,对不同类别丹参类注射剂的有效性与安全性进行横向综合分析评价,为优化不稳定型心绞痛的中医药治疗方案和科学评价丹参类注射剂临床应用的有效性和安全性提供高质量循证医学证据,也为中药注射剂上市后再评价提供新思路和新方法。

This study aims to build a multidimensional model to evaluate the efficacy and safe of Chinese herbal injections containing Salvia Miltiorrhiza in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP), which conducted by using Bayesian Network Meta-analysis (NMA) based on the data-mining platform of Stata and WinBUGs. The model will include the comparisons of single and complex preparations, Chinese medicines and western medicines, powder and liquid injection, different usage, different course of treatment, drug combination, and so on. By building and analyzing of the multidimensional model, the efficacy and safe will be comprehensive analyzed and evaluated between different kinds of Chinese herbal injection containing Salvia Miltiorrhiza. It can provide high-quality evidence-based medicine for optimizing UAP treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and evaluating the efficacy and safe of Chinese herbal injection containing Salvia Miltiorrhiza. It also can provide a new idea and method for post-marketing reevaluation of Chinese herbal injections.
