根据《国家自然科学基金“十三五”规划战略研究工作方案》的总体要求，免疫学科作为生命学科与医学学科下重要的二级学科，同时也是当前生命医学学科中发展最为迅速的几大学科之一，非常有必要及时召开免疫学科“十三五”规划战略研究的调研工作。该战略调研工作的主要重心在于：1）研讨确定免疫学科的十三五发展战略；2）生命科学学部在资助格局、资助政策、资助工具等方面的发展战略和政策措施。

According to the requirement of the "Work programme of the strategy research of the "13th Five-Year Plan" project" pf NSFC grant, it is terribly in need to launch a survey investigation of the Immunology subject development strategy of "13th Five-Year Plan" project, since Immunology subject is one of the most important 2nd subject of the life science as well as Medcine subject, and it is one of the mostly quickly developing subjects in recent years. This survey investigation would focus on two topics: 1)Discuss and definite the Immunology subject development strategy of "13th Five-Year Plan" project; 2) The development strategy and policies and measures taken by the department of Life Science of NSFC on the financing patterns, financing politics and financing instruments.

为完成国家自然科学基金委员会生命科学部批准并下达的“十三五”免疫学科发展调研应急管理项目《“十三五”学科战略调研工作》（2014.8-2015.7），由生命学部负责人王璞玥为牵头人，由熊思东教授为负责和召集人，以田志刚（中国科技大学）、张毓（北京大学）、张煊（中国医学科学院）、刘小龙（中国科学院上海生化细胞研究所）、鲁林荣（浙江大学）为专家，以徐薇（苏州大学）为秘书和撰稿人，共组织了3次专家咨询会议和6次稿件的邮件函审会议。经生命学部的多次返修，最终形成了2万字的正式《免疫学C08十三五学科发展战略调研报告》。
