紫外线导致的皮肤光老化发病率急剧升高, 开发新型高效抗氧化药物成为亟待解决的问题。而两栖动物皮肤拥有非常丰富的抗氧化肽资源,倭蛙(Nanorana pleskei)生活在海拔4000米左右的强紫外线高原地区,通过长期适应,已进化出相应的抗氧化物质来适应这种强紫外线照射的环境,我们已经从倭蛙皮肤分泌物的分离组分中检测到了分子量介于950-5000 Da之间的强效抗氧化多肽。因此,我们拟在该工作基础上,进一步分离纯化这些抗氧化多肽,同时结合倭蛙皮肤转录组信息,从倭蛙皮肤中筛选更多的高效抗氧化活性肽,并深入系统研究这些抗氧化活性肽的高级结构、功能和分子作用机制,同时进一步研究其对光老化的防治作用,以明确抗氧化肽对皮肤光老化的保护作用及其可能机制,从而为皮肤光老化的预防和治疗寻找一种新的资源,以期为开发新的皮肤光老化治疗药物提供先导分子。

The morbidity of skin photoaging risen sharply, and it is urgently necessary to develop more effective antioxidant medicines. The skins of amphibians are drugs treasure of polypeptide-drugs, Nanorana pleskei lived in 4 kilometre alpine region, so they should have specific antioxidant substance to adapt this powerful ultraviolet irradiation environment. In our pre-researched results, some antioxidative peptide were roughly purified from the skin of nanorana pleskei. Based on these work, we hope to define more antioxidative peptides from the skin of nanorana pleskei and go deep into investigate the structure, function and molecular mechanism of these novel peptides. The further research may lead to discoveries of novel potential lead molecules for skin photoaging pharmaceutical drugs.
