棕榈藤因其具有优良独特的韧性,是藤制曲木家具的优质材料;然而,由于棕榈藤资源的日益匮乏,特别是由于对棕榈藤材细胞及细胞壁结构缺乏足够了解,也无从知晓其对单纤维等细胞壁力学特性有何影响,更无法弄清使藤茎具备优良韧性的真正原因,严重限制了棕榈藤材的使用范围。因此,根据对棕榈藤材优良韧性可能存在影响的因素出发,以棕榈藤材细胞及细胞壁微观构造特征研究为基础,特别是应用离子减薄技术对其多层结构的细胞壁进行轰击,结合细胞壁微力学测试,并与棕榈藤藤茎韧性等进行分析,最终展开棕榈藤材优良韧性的机理研究,为今后应用仿生技术制作出具有优良韧性的新型复合材料、提高棕榈藤材高附加值加工利用提供依据。
英文摘要
For rattan’s unique & fine toughness, rattan is high-quality materials for bent-rattan furniture manufacturing. However, the use of rattan is severely limited as a result of the rattan resources increasingly scarce,especially due to lack of adequate understanding to rattan cells and cell walls structure, we can not know the impact of the cells and their structure on the cell wall-mechanical properties of single fibers, and can not figure out the real reason of the cane with excellent toughness. In order to provide the basises for high value-added processing and use of rattan, to produce novel composite material with excellent toughness with bionic technology, the mechanism of the excellent toughness and the structure bionics for rattan is going to be researched affter the micro-structural characteristics being studied, micro-mechanics of the cell wall with multilayer structure being tested by the ion thinning, which all maybe effect the rattan’s toughness.
