广义散斑壳属包括散斑壳属和特里尔盘菌属,是世界菌物资源的重要类群,其多数成员能引起各类植物病害,造成严重经济损失,故一直被各国真菌学家和植物保护学家所关注。特里尔盘菌属自散斑壳属中划分出来后,其分类地位始终存在争议,二属种及其以下阶元的分类也较为混乱。本项目拟在经典分类基础上,结合ITS rDNA、mtSSU rDNA和nLSU rDNA基因构建多基因系统进化树,以验证特里尔盘菌属确立的合理性,同时分析寄主、地理分布等因素对该菌系统发育关系的影响,进而阐述反映自然演化的散斑壳属与特里尔盘菌属的系统发育关系;综合有关分子性状和表型类群特征探讨二属内种间、变种间及种内亲缘关系,以澄清基于表型性状的传统分类中存在的问题,明确一些疑难种的分类地位,充分发掘新物种资源。本研究将为阐明自然、合理的斑痣盘菌目多基因系统发育关系打下良好的基础。

Lophodermium sensu lato is an important group of fungus resources in the world, including Lophodermium Chevall. and Terriera B. Erikss. It was concerned by mycologists and plant conservationists worldwide for most of its members can result in kinds of plant diseases and often cause serious economic losses. Terriera has a controversial taxonomic status since it was divided from Lophodermium, and the classification of two genera species and their following classes were also disordered. In this item, ITS rDNA, mtSSU rDNA, nLSU rDNA gene will be selected to construct multi-gene phylogenetic trees. The rationality of establishment Terriera will be verified. And the phylogenetic relationship between the two genera will be analyzed by related molecular and phenotypic characteristics. Meanwhile, the influence of hosts and geographical distribution to phylogenetic relationships of Lophodermium sensu lato will be analyzed, and phylogenetic trees of these two genus which can reflect the natural evolution will be constructed. In addition, the connection of molecular and phenotypic characteristics that reflect the relationships of intergenara, interspecies, intervarieties and intraspecies will be studied, some complicated problems of traditional taxonomy based on phenotypic characters will be clarified, the taxonomic status of some doubtful species will be cleared, and new species resources will be found. This study will be a good foundation for expounding the natural and reasonable multigene phylogenetics of Rhytismatales.
