该项目以经典分类学为基础,以实验分类学为手段,宏观研究与微观研究相结合,主要对瘤足蕨属植物进行形态学、解剖学、配子体发育、细胞分类学、分支系统学和分子系统学研究;系统比较其配子体发育特征,查清各类群的染色体数目,分析其染色体基数、染色体组型、多倍体、杂交种和种复合体的形成及各类群的繁殖方式;综合尽可能多的形态性状进行分支系统学分析,同时,利用三个叶绿体DNA片段 rps4-trnS (包括 rps4 基因) 、trnL-F(包括trnL-F内含子)、rbcL-atpB和一个核基因 (LEAFY) 片段进行分子系统学分析,用分支系统学和分子系统学联合分析构建瘤足蕨属属下的系统发育关系,并探讨其关键形态性状的进化、属下分组、自然分类及种间的系统发育关系。同时,在细胞地理学和重建的系统树的基础上,结合其它学科资料对瘤足蕨属植物的起源、分化时间和分化速率及现代分布格局的形成等生物地理学问题进行探讨

This project researches the taxa of Plagiogyriaceae on the aspects of morphology, anatomy, development of gametophyte, cytology, cladistic analysis and molecular systematics by using the methods of classification and experimental taxonomy. The characteristics of gametophyte development in Plagiogyriaceae will be compared. Cytology of this family will be carry on the aspects of chromosome numbers, basic numbers, karyotypes, polyploid, hybrid, species complex and reproductive type. Cladistic analysis will be established by using more morphological characteristics. Molecular phylogeny (DNA fragment: rps4-trns +rps4, trnL-F and rbcL-atpB, nuclear gene: LEAFY) to investigate the systematic status of the infragenetic phylogeny will be produced. Collect information from both molecular and morphology to reconstruct the phylogeny of Plagiogyriaceae and use the phylogeny as a basis to elucidate the biogeographic history (eg., time and place of origin, time and routes of migration) and to understand the pattern of molecular and morphological evolution.
