以毒攻毒法是中医治疗恶性肿瘤等重大疑难疾病的重要法则，现代医家应用以毒攻毒法治疗恶性肿瘤取得了显著疗效。为揭示以毒攻毒法治疗结直肠癌以毒取效的科学内涵，我们在前期研究基础上，选用确有抗结直肠癌作用的有毒中药藤黄为代表，研究其对两种不同发生途径的结直肠癌的抑制效应、量效关系、毒效相关性和信号通路上的作用靶点、干预环节，为临床安全有效应用以毒攻毒法治疗结直肠癌，提供科学支撑和理论依据，并为寻找具有特异抗结直肠癌作用的中药探索新途径。

A important guideline of traditional Chinese medicine treating difficult disease is combat poison with poison method，for example using it in treatment of malignant tumors.Modern physician applying combat poison with poison method in the treatment of malignant tumors has achieved significant effect.In order to reveal the scientific connotation of combat poison with poison method in the treatment of colorectal cancer,on the basis of previous research,we select gamboges as representative of toxic Chinese medicine which has a treatment of colorectal cancer.To explore the effect of gamboges in two different pathogenesis colorectal cancer,such as inhibition of tumor growth,dose-response relationship,correlation between toxicity and efficacy,target and process in signal pathway.Providing scientific support and theoretical basis for safety and effective clinical application of combat poison with poison method in the treatment of colorectal cancer,and explore new way in search of traditional Chinese medicine of specific effect in colorectal cancer.
