肺炎支原体（MP）是小儿社区获得性肺炎的主要病原之一，因其易引起免疫功能紊乱及抗生素耐药，导致疾病迁延不愈或反复发作。本项目组基于“肺络”理论自拟清肺通络方治疗肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）疗效显著。既往研究发现，清肺通络方可下调炎性细胞因子，减轻组织损伤。本项目拟通过体内、体外、临床试验相结合，以NLRP3炎症小体为主线，多层面探索清肺通络方通过调控NLRP3炎症小体，抑制Caspase-1活化，减少IL-1β、IL-18炎性细胞因子释放，减轻炎症反应，并抑制细胞凋亡的作用机制。进一步验证清肺通络方治疗MPP的临床疗效，为临床开展中医药治疗MPP提供新线索。

Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is one of the main pathogens of pneumonia in children,because it is easy to cause immune function disorder and antibiotic resistance,resulting in protracted illness or recurrent.This project based on the "lung collaterals" theory with Qingfei Tongluo Decoction in treating mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP)and ccurative effect is remarkable.Previous studies found that Qingfei Tongluo Decoction can reduce inflammatory cytokines, reduce tissue injury.This project is intended to be combined in vivo, in vitro and in clinical trials,NLRP3 inflammatory body as the main line,multi level exploration the inhibition mechanism of Qingfei Decoction by regulating NLRP3 inflammasome, inhibited caspase-1 activation, reduced IL-1 and IL-18 inflammatory cytokine release, reduce inflammation and apoptosis.To further verify the clinical curative effect of Qingfei Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of MPP, to provide new clues for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine MPP.
