以口腔颌面组织的再生修复与功能重建为研究方向,获国自然等7项基金资助,在口腔颌面组织再生种子细胞的挖掘、调控机制及应用等方面做出创新性贡献,扩展牙齿组织再生的种子细胞来源、发现促进口腔颌面组织再生的重要靶基因、创建干细胞微创植入的新方法。研究成果2009年发表于Nat Cell Biol (第一作者)后,近5年发表SCI论文43篇,包括国际合作成果1篇(Cell Stem Cell封面论文,共同第一作者)、国内独立完成通信作者16篇(含干细胞领域知名杂志Stem Cells、口腔领域权威杂志JDR等)、共同作者26篇(含PNAS、Blood等),被Nature、Cell等他引298次,单篇最高他引47次,被F1000述评2篇;申请发明专利4项,授权1项;入选教育部新世纪优秀人才、北京市百千万市级人才等5项人才计划;任口腔医学研究生国家规划教材副主编。

英文摘要

The applicant focuses on the tissue regeneration and functional reconstruction in oral and maxillofacial region. He is in charge of 7 research projects including the National Nature Science Foundation. Supported by these projects, recently he made creative contribution for the potential exploration, regulatory mechanisms and applications of seed cells for tissue regeneration and functional reconstruction in oral and maxillofacial region. He discovered other more readily available mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to be used as seeding cells, found the key target genes for improving the MSCs mediated tissue regeneration, and established a mini-invasive transplant technique of MSCs for tissue regeneration in oral and maxillofacial region. Except one publication in Nat Cell Biol as first author (2009), during the last five years, the applicant has 43 SCI articles accepted for publication, including 1 article accepted for publication as co-first author in Cell Stem Cell (Cover article, international cooperation work); 16 articles accepted for publication as corresponding authors (The independent research works accomplished in China), such as Stem Cells, J Dent Res (JDR), etc; 26 SCI articles accepted for publication as co-author, such as PNAS, Blood, etc. These publications were referenced by other academic journals for 298 times including Nature, Cell, etc; the other citation frequency of single article is 47 times. In addition, 2 publications were recruited by F1000 Website. He also has 4 applied patents and 1 granted patent. He is selected in 5 national or Beijing talent development projects including the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University, the Program for “Hundred-Thousand-Ten thousand” Talents in Beijing, etc. In addition, he is the associate editor-in-chief of national textbook for stomatology graduate student.
