鱚科鱼类种类多,分布广,在印度-西太平洋动物地理学以及近岸生态系统中都占有非常重要的地位。虽然鱚科系统学研究已有近200年历史,但分类和命名仍非常混乱,其科下阶元的划分存在争议和分歧。本项目以中国沿海鱚科鱼类为研究对象,采集所有物种分布区内的地理群体,通过形态学数据与多位点分子证据的结合,厘定我国鱚科鱼类分类,澄清目前物种分类的混乱;基于多基因联合分析,重建系统发育树,确定科下阶元及其系统发育关系,估算分歧时间;基于生物地理学原理与所构建的系统发育树,探讨鱚科鱼类多样性及其系统地理分布格局。本项目不仅可建立完善的鱚科鱼类分类系统、为我国乃至世界鱚科鱼类资源的开发利用与保护提供科学依据,对我国海洋鱼类地理区划以及鱼类系统学、动物地理学研究的发展也具有重要意义。
英文摘要
The Sillaginidae, are ecologically important fish species which are widely distributed throughout the Indo-West Pacific region. The studies in phylogenetic classification of Sillaginidae have been carried out as early as 200 years ago, but the taxonomy and nomenclature were still controversial. In this study, Sillaginidae species and their corresponding geographic populations will be collected, and the systematics and taxonomy of Sillaginidae family will be re-estimated based on differentiations of morphology and multiply gene loci. The phylogenetic relationships will be re-constructed and the divergence time between species will be estimated by conjoint gene analysis. Furthermore, the genetic diversity and phylogeographic patterns of Sillaginidae species can be illuminated under this study. Our study will clarify the taxonomy of Sillaginidae, and contribute a lot to the rational exploitation and protection of Sillaginidae fish. It is also important to the development of marine fish geographic zoning, fish taxonomy and zoogeography.
