戈洛文白粉菌族是白粉菌科主要类群,可侵染菊科、茄科和葫芦科等多种寄主植物,具重要的经济学价值。该族下分戈洛文白粉菌属、新白粉菌属和节丝壳属,相关分类学和分子系统学研究报道较少,我国已报道的种数仅为已记录种数的27.6%。该类真菌若干种性状不稳定、界限模糊,给分类鉴定带来困难。本项目试图在形态分类基础上,结合多基因分子系统学研究,探讨该类群的系统发育关系。1)通过野外采集,征集若干种菌资源,进行详实的形态学分类研究;2)通过ITS、28S rDNA部分序列、β-tubulin和COI序列分析探索各类群间系统发育关系;3)整合形态学和分子系统学数据,建立该类真菌的分类标准和分类框架,澄清分类中若干混乱问题,正确描述若干新种和新记录种。预期有望为正确评价白粉菌的系统发育和协同进化提供重要科学依据。

Tribe Golovinomyceteae is an important group of Erysiphaceae .They can cause powdery mildew diseases infecting a wide range of host families, such as Asteraceae, Solanaceae,Cucurbitaceae, which make them economical value. There are three genera in Tribe Golovinomyceteae, viz. Golovinomyces, Neoerysiphe and Arthrocladiella. Few researches were conducted on taxonomy and molecular phylogeny. There were only 27.6% of the worldwide recorded species in China. The delimition of some species are unclear, or their characteristics are variable, which make their identification and classification difficult. The phylogenetic relationships of Tribe Golovinomyceteae will be studied based on the combinaiton of morphological and molecular characters in this project. 1) Taxonomic researches will be conducted by collecting all valuable resource of powdery mildew in China; 2) To study the intergeneric and interspecific and phylogenetic relationships, four genes, ITS, 28S rDNA D1-D2, β-tubulin and COI, will be sequenced and analyzed; 3) A series of standard features used for classification will be delimited by combining morphological and molecular characters, which will be helpful to slove some taxonomic problems. Some new species and new record species will be described. The results of this project will provide some scientific evidences for evaluating the phylogeny of powdery mildew and their co-evolution with plant hosts.
