In order to explore the new way to develop the diversity of desert lichen resources, microsatellite markers for diversity of desert lichen fungi, an ISSR-TAIL-PCR method will be used for analysis of genetic diversity of desert lichen fungi and regulation and control using culture optimization will be available to open a new way for developing the diversity of desert lichen resources. The project will provide scientific evidence,techniques support, and pool of desert lichen resources for a new way to develop the diversity of lichen resources.The result of this project will be groundbreaking for developing the whole lichen resouces as well.
