白内障作为眼科首位致盲眼病,患者对术后视觉质量的要求越来越高。评估白内障术后视觉质量影响因素的方法很多,基于多模态光学相干断层扫描(OCT)图像分析技术对白内障术后人工晶体(IOL)轴向位置和视网膜及脉络膜血流改变两项重要视觉质量影响因素综合评估尚无报道。我们预实验半自动条件下分别应用三维重建和裂谱振幅去相关算法(SSADA)初步实现IOL轴向位置和青光眼、多发性硬化患者视网膜特定部位血流精确量化分析。预实验结果提示:我们可以利用OCT图像处理技术将结构学与功能学指标整合,综合评价白内障术后视觉质量影响因素。本研究利用多模态OCT成像技术结合三维重建分析IOL轴向位置改变对患者视觉质量的影响,同时应用SSADA精确分析IOL眼视网膜和脉络膜血流变化对患者视觉质量的影响,为临床个体化白内障手术选择提供新思路。

As the primary disease of blindness, cataract patients showed increasing highly demand for postoperative visual quality.Fewer research investigated the postoperative visual quality indicators (intraocular lens (IOL) tilt and decentration, retinal and choroidal blood flow) using optical coherence tomography (OCT). Based on OCT technology, our preliminary studies semi-automatically realized IOL spatial location assessment using 3D reconstruction and retinal blood flow analysis for glaucoma and multiple sclerosis using split spectral amplitude decorrelation algorithm (SSADA). In this study, we use multi-modality OCT imaging technology combined with 3D reconstruction as well as SSADA to analysis the IOL position, retinal and choroidal blood flow for IOL eyes, respectively. Based on above information, we can find the most important influencing indicators for the postoperative visual quality by comprehensive analysis and provide new ideas for clinical individual choice of cataract surgery.
