广义拟青霉属Paecilomyces sensu lato真菌在环境保护、医药、食品和农业等国民经济多领域具有广泛的用途和十分重要的意义。研究发现存留该属中的成员并非单源发生,其系统发育地位还有待进一步探明。本项目拟在分离、交换、和购买菌种以加大观察样本的基础上,通过[1]经典形态学与DELTA专家分类系统相结合;[2]形态学特征与多基因谱系的分子系统学相结合的多途径研究分析法,探明广义拟青霉属中留存种及调查发现新分离种的系统发育地位。其研究结果不仅将发现一些有潜在应用价值的新菌株,丰富我国的真菌资源库和基因库;同时也将揭示该属中留存种的系统发育关系及支序的合理分类地位,澄清一些疑难种和有争议种的分类地位,并有望提出新的属一级的分类单元。
英文摘要
Paecilomyces sensu lato is an important fungal resources, which has been applied in many fields, such as environmental protection,medicine,food and agriculture and so on.The previous results showed the genus Paecilomyces isn't monophyletic,its phylogenic status still need to do further research.This project will try to indicate the phylogeny of the members of Paecilomyces s.l.and its cladistic taxonomic status, which is based on more fungal samples obtained by isolating,exchanging and buying from other Centers for Culture Collection. The identification of strain and phylogenic analysis of the genus Paecilomyces will use the followed methods, including the classical morphology and DELTA experts system,the morphological characters and multiple-gene molecular systematics.The results will not only find some novel potential strains to enrich the fungal resourse data and gene data,but also show the phylogenic relationships of Paecilomyces s.l. and present their reasonable taxonomic status,clear the taxonomic status of some puzzle and disputable species and be expected to propose some new genera.
