The study will investigate the effect of FuCong Tablet on SIRT2 levels ,and whether SIRT2 will further affect the FOXO3a downstream pathways in the auditory neuropathway in C57BL/6J mice by western blotting、immunoprecipitated technology, To explore the molecular mechnism of FuCong Tablet preventing age-related hearing loss,and provide a potential therapeutic target of age-related hearing loss .
