乳腺增生(MGH)为女性常见病、多发病(40%),癌变率约为2%-4%,MGH的治疗对对提高妇女生活质量和预防乳腺癌具有积极意义。研究认为本病发生与神经-内分泌-免疫(NEI)网络紊乱密切相关。团队上世纪70年代开始从事针灸治疗MGH的研究,创立了"通调针法"取穴电针治疗MGH,疗效显著、阐明了部分性激素、免疫调节机制。本课题提出"电针疗效机制是基于对NEI网络关键物质和环节的调控,激活NEI信号网络,经多途径、多系统、多靶点发挥作用,使增生乳腺组织趋于恢复"的科学假说。拟选用正常大鼠、免疫缺陷鼠制备MGH模型,以垂体-卵巢-胸腺轴为干预点,运用电子显微镜、分子生物检测(Western-blot、RT-PCR等)、生物信息处理等现代技术,深入系统研究电针治疗MGH过程中NEI网络关键物质调控及这些关键物质之间的相互关联,以期揭示电针治疗MGH的部分机理,为临床电针治疗MGH提供实验证据

Mammary gland hyperplasia (MGH) is a common disease among women, The canceration rate is about 2%~4%. The effective therapy of MGH is importance and positive on improving women's quality of life and preventing the occurrence of breast cancer. Our team about the Research of acupuncture treatment on MGH started in the last century 70's and we create the "Tong-Tiao" electro-acupuncture in the treatment of MGH. We found that the effectiveness of acupuncture is excellent and have explicated the partial mechanism of Endocrine-Immune system. Our object in the project will explore the mechanism of electro-acupuncture therapeutic effect on MGH.Our science hypothesis is that the curative effect of MGH in the way may be "through the regulation of Neuro-Endocrine-Immune (NEI) on adjusting of key material, the multi-way, multi-system, multi-target play a important role, so that the tissue of hyperplasia of mammary glands tends to recover". To select normal rats, immunodeficient mice for preparation of MGH model, the hypothalamus - pituitary - ovary - thymus axis as the breakthrough point, using electron microscopy, molecular biology techniques (Western-blot, RT-PCR), radioimmunoassay, blocking (resection) method, the mathematical method of data mining, research the system of electro acupuncture in the treatment of MGH through NEI network adjusting the key material interaction and the relation between the material, in order to reveal the mechanism of the acupuncture effectiveness on MGH,and provide important experimental evidence for the clinical treatment of MGH using acupuncture.
