摘要:卒中后抑郁(PSD)发病机制至今不清。前额叶是大脑中较晚进化出来的部位,能够调控人类的基本情感。卒中部位和前额叶的距离决定了抑郁症状的严重程度。前额叶在PSD的发病机制中发挥着重要作用,电针治疗PSD具有肯定的临床疗效,其起效过程是否通过改善前额叶的脑功能状态发挥作用的是本项目的研究重点。本项目创新性的联用fMRI、fNIRS 技术,获取卒中后抑郁患者的大脑前额叶影像学变化,采用fMRI技术获得卒中后抑郁患者在任务状态下前额叶大脑活动的准确功能定位,明确电针引起的脑部功能变化的空间响应模式;在准确定位的基础上采用fNIRS技术实时探测前额叶脑区脑功能活动的动态变化,以探测电针引起的脑功能变化的时间响应模式;将电针引起的大脑功能状态变化的空间特征信息和时间特征信息联合分析,创新算法,提取出特征数据,总结电针治疗PSD的时间-空间响应模式,以揭示电针治疗PSD的部分中枢机制。
