竹材弧形重组是仿生学运用在竹材加工领域中的一种新的高效利用方式。竹材弧形重组材料是指将圆竹经剖分、去青、去黄,加工成弧形竹单元,以其弧形相同的朝向并列排放热压胶合成板材,再进行二次重组而成的大厚度材料。采用常规热压无法满足大规格竹材弧形重组材传热成型需要,项目申请人在国内首次开发出高频拼板机用于竹材弧形重组材的生产,但因还未掌握竹材高频热压成型机理,制约了高频技术在竹材加工领域的理论发展及推广应用。本项目重点研究竹材弧形重组材介电性质,分析探索竹材弧形重组材高频吸收功率,同时研究高频介质作用下竹材弧形重组材板坯的传热特性,揭示竹材微观结构影响竹材弧形重组材介电性质和传热特性机制,进而实现高频介质作用下大规格竹材弧形重组材胶合性能表征,以适用于竹材弧形重组材高频热压成型的优化设计。研究成果可为高频技术在竹材重组材的生产应用提供理论基础,对竹材高频热压成型技术的推广和利用具有重要意义。

ORAB is a new efficient utilization way which bionics is used in the field of bamboo processing. ORAB refers to the materials which is processed into arc bamboo unit after subdivision, removing bamboo green and inside bamboo, hot-pressing glue into planks with its same bending direction, then for secondary to restructure the large thickness of the material.The conventional method of forming cannot meet the heat transfer molding requirement of large size ORAB, applicant of the project was first developed high-frequency machine which is used for producing ORAB in domestic. But for the reason that bamboo high frequency hot pressing mechanism has not been grasped, it restrains high-frequency technology’s promotion and application in the field of bamboo processing.This project focuses on the dielectric properties of ORAB, it analysis and explores its high frequency’s absorption power. At the same time, it studies the heat transfer characteristics of slab under the effect of high frequency medium, reveals the micro structure of bamboo influences the dielectric properties and heat transfer mechanism of ORAB,then realizes the bonding property characterization of large size ORAB under the effect of high frequency medium to apply to optimization design of ORAB’s high-frequency hot press molding.The research results can provide theoretical basis for the application of high frequency technology in the production of large size ORAB,it has great significance to the promotion and application of bamboo high-frequency hot press molding technology.
