明确穴位不同功能态在针灸临床实践中的意义和价值是穴位敏化向针灸临床转化应用的关键步骤。本项目充分整合项目组前期发表在JAMA、BMJ、CMAJ等重要杂志的研究成果，基于国际公认方法体系，并结合针灸临床研究的特殊性和复杂性,在中医经络、脏腑理论的指导下,选择膝骨关节炎、稳定性心绞痛为代表，分别运用诊断性试验、整群随机对照多中心试验、多水平模型剂量-效应分析等方法，从疾病诊断、预防、治疗三个方面的临床意义和价值开展示范性研究，多角度证实“穴位敏化可准确判断疾病严重程度,发挥穴位效应特异性、提高针灸临床疗效、预测疾病转归”的假说，科学、全面评价穴位不同功能态的临床意义和价值，为穴位敏化的针灸临床转化应用提供范例。

Making clear the significance and value of different functional states of acupoints in acupuncture clinical practice is key to translating acupoints sensitization to clinical practice. Given the nature and complexity of acupuncture clinical study, this project will choose knee osteoarthritis and stable angina pectoris as two representative disease conditions under the guidance of meridian and viscera theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and proposes to apply rigorous study methods – such as diagnostic cross-sectional study design, block randomized controlled trials, cluster- randomized controlled multicenter trials, and multilevel modelling on dose-response analysis – to carry out exemplary research in the aspects of disease diagnosis, prevention, treatment and prognosis, so as to confirm the hypothesis "acupoints sensitization could accurately determines the severity of disease, and the application of acupoint sensitization may improve clinical effect of acupuncture, and predict the prognosis of disease". This study will take the advantage of the previous research findings published in journals such as JAMA, BMJ, CMAJ in the past several years, and employs internationally recognized methodologies in the study design and process. Ultimately, this project will establish the significance and value of different functional states, and will offer important examples for the clinical application of acupoints sensitization.
