枸杞(Lycium chinense)是药食两用的重要经济灌木植物,其果实品质较差但叶芽与常用宁夏枸杞(L. barbarum)功能成分相当甚至部分成分表现更优,且具有更强的环境适生性。本项目基于前期枸杞资源保育及其评价,开展不同地理环境下枸杞叶品质及遗传多样性分析,并结合同园栽培和同质异地栽培技术,系统分析不同生态环境条件、不同遗传基础对枸杞叶片功能成分及叶用质量的影响,探讨枸杞品质与生态及遗传因子的相关性,揭示决定枸杞品质的主效因子,筛选叶用枸杞优异资源。项目开展将为突破目前叶茶和叶菜的枸杞低附加值利用,拓展其深度综合开发提供理论支撑。
英文摘要
Plants in genera Lycium can be used as both vegetable and Chinese traditional medicine. However, few studies have been carried out on L. chinense for its poor quality of fruits compared to L. barbarum. Recently, several reports revealed that medicinal functions of some components in L. chinense leaves were better than those in L. barbarum, moreover, L. chinense plants are widely distributed all over China, especially in central China and South China, while L. barbarum plants are limitedly distributed in northwest areas of China. Thus, the project aims to investigate the effects on functional components of L. chinense leaves from genetic and ecological perspectives by using common garden cultivation and different place cultivation. The objectives are to derive the primary factors that affect leaf quality of L. chinense for the purpose of cultivation of better varieties for L. chinense. This project provides scientific basis for germplasm improvement and utilization of L. chinense.
