中文摘要

乳腺癌居我国女性恶性肿瘤发病率首位,五年存活率农村远低于城市。早期发现和诊断对预后至关重要,超声在筛查中非常关键。由于超声医生的水平差异较大,仪器质量不一,导致目前乳腺癌筛查早期发现率低和死亡率高。前期研究发现,通过对乳腺癌早期的超声特征和表现进行数字化提取、处理和分析,可以由计算机辅助诊断(Computer-aided detection,CAD)系统协助医生发现乳腺癌。因此,本项目将开发符合中国人群的乳腺异常病灶CAD软件,研制便携式数字化乳腺超声自动识别超声仪,以计算机实时监控检查过程中超声图像的变化,及时提醒超声医生发现异常的乳腺超声图像,有效、敏感的发现可疑人群,减少乳腺癌的漏诊率、误诊率,便于基层普及。该项目符合我国特有国情,领先国际现有的乳腺超声CAD技术,满足广大群众基本的健康需求,同时准确、便捷的收集中国人群乳腺癌的超声特征,有重要的医学意义、经济效益和和社会价值。

英文摘要

Breast cancer is the first malignant tumor in China women, and higher mortality in countryside. Early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer is essential for reducing mortality and improving quality of life. Computer-aided diagnosis system imaging system (CAD) is the hotspot study of the international community in recent years. As a moderate incidence of breast cancer in China, ultrasound has important significance (especially in primary health care institutions) in early breast cancer screening, but different levels in ultrasound doctors and independent diagnosis in ultrasound process that lead to low rate of early diagnosis and high mortality in breast cancer. Improving ultrasound diagnosis accuracy has become an urgent problem. Research and development of digital identification system automated breast ultrasound monitor changes in real-time ultrasound images, which can reminder abnormal areas in breast examination, assist ultrasound doctors diagnosing suspicious areas fast, and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis of breast cancer. Researches on early breast cancer characteristics and performance of ultrasonic extraction and analysis generate real-time monitoring system, which observes images by computer with doctors simultaneously, the "second eye" observation. The system can reduce physician workload while improving early detection capability, also can be used to improve the structure of the majority of primary care physicians ultrasound business level effects. It will show much more medical significance, economic benefit and social value in future.
