申请人主要从事致盲眼病遗传学研究,从遗传学角度证实了IL23R通路在葡萄膜炎中的作用及机制;发现除SNP外,拷贝数变异也与葡萄膜炎的发生密切相关,这为致盲眼病防治研究提供了药物靶点和新思路。第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Genetics(IF:32,按5年平均计)等杂志发表SCI论文17篇(国内完成),其中11篇发表在国际眼科实验排名第一的IOVS及以上杂志,总IF值101,被自然分子细胞生物学综述等正面引用,被Nat Rev Rheumatol推荐为研究亮点。入选重庆市青年拔尖人才,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、重庆市杰出青年基金、重庆市基础研究重大项目等课题。成果获中华医学科技进步奖等省部级一等奖3项,教育部二等奖1项,参编国际Ophthalmology教材。现为中华医学会眼科分会眼免疫学组委员兼秘书、重庆市眼科专委会基础组副组长、JBB杂志客座编委,多种SCI杂志审稿人。
英文摘要
I have been constantly engaged in the molecular genetic studies on ocular inflammatory diseases, and found the genetic evidences and the pathogenesis of IL23 pathway in uveitis. Additionally, I found that another type of genetic variant-copy number variant was also involved in the development of uveitis and prove the functional and mechanism evidences for these involvements. These studies provide the new drug targets and new clues for the basic studies of blinding eye diseases. So far, I have 17 SCI publications such as Nature Genetics, ophthalmology as first or corresponding author, which have a total impact factor of 101.3. Eleven out of 17 SCI papers published in IOVS journal or other journals with higher IF value than IOVS. The STAT4 paper was selected as highlight recommendation by Nat Rev Rheumatol. I have been leading investigators in two national natural science funds and was selected as scholar of Chongqing Outstanding Youth Grant and The Youth Top-notch Support Plan of Chongqing. I’m currently a member of the ocular immunology group, China Ophthalmology Society, the guest editor for JBB journal and regular reviewer for several SCI journals. I also participated in writing one English textbook. I have earned the first prize of provincial or Ministry three times and the second prize of Ministry of Education.
