本项目拟以同域分布在西南山地的弥尺蛾属和尾尺蛾属为研究对象,结合形态分类和DNA条形码对两属的物种进行分类学研究,描述新物种;应用分子系统学的方法探讨两属尺蛾的系统发育关系,验证各属内亚属划分的有效性;通过物种间的分歧时间估算和祖先分布区重建,对两属的进化历史和影响现有分布格局形成的主要成因进行比较分析;结合地质历史事件和生物学资料,比较相同历史事件背景下两属物种分化的特殊性,探寻两属应对环境波动的一致性和特异性机制。本研究结果将有助于了解西南山地蛾类物种演化的一般性规律及青藏高原隆起对蛾类物种分化的影响。
英文摘要
The genera Arichanna and Ourapteryx have sympatric distributions in the Mountains of Southwest China. The purposes of this project are: to provide a thorough taxonomy study of the two genera, to describe new species; to investigate the phylogenetic relationships within each genus and resolve the validity of their subgenera; to analyze and compare the evolution history and formation process of the current biogeographic patterns of each genus, to test if these two genera have some consistency by estimation of divergence time and reconstruction of ancestral areas; using a combination of geological events and biological information, to compare the particularity of species divergence of each genus under the same geological events, to discover how the two genera respond similarly and differently to environmental changes. The results will facilitate the understanding of the general pattern of the moths in the Mountains of Southwest China and how the uplift of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau influenced the species divergence of moths.
