氯化锌水溶液是木质纤维素理想溶剂,其构成体系制备纳米ZnO及其与纤维素复合材料在生物和医药等领域具有重大潜在应用价值。项目拟以ZnCl2水溶液为木质纤维的溶剂和纳米ZnO的前驱体,借助ZnO前驱体与纤维素反应可及程度对纳米ZnO晶体在纤维素上成核量调控,依靠纤维素构成的网络空间调控纳米ZnO粒子尺寸及形貌,获得纳米ZnO/木质纤维素复合材料新方法。项目将重点研究纤维素溶解程度和活性基团对ZnO晶体在纤维素上成核历程与规律影响,探究纤维素网络对ZnO晶体粒径及其形貌的调控方法,揭示纤维素对ZnO晶体成核和生长的调控作用机理。为高效制备环境友好纳米ZnO/纤维素复合材料提供理论依据及方法。

Nano zinc oxide and nano-zinc oxide /cellulose composite have great potential application in biology and medicine fields. Zinc chloride aqueous solution is an ideal solvent for lignocellulose. Nano zinc oxide and nano-zinc oxide /cellulose composite will be prepared via the dissolution of cellulose in zinc chloride aqueous solution. To achieved a new method for nano-zinc oxide /cellulose composite, the concept of zinc chloride aqueous solution as cellulose solvent and precursor of nano zinc oxide, controlling the nucleation of zinc oxide on cellulose with the reaction degree between precursor of nano zinc oxide and cellulose, and controlling the size and morphology of zinc oxide with the cellulose network is proposed. The project will focus on the nucleation process of zinc oxide on cellulose by adjusting active groups on cellulose and the dissolution degree of cellulose in zinc chloride aqueous solution, and the regulation method for size and morphology of zinc oxide with the cellulose network. The regulation mechanism of the nucleation and growth of zinc oxide by cellulose will be revealed. The project will provide theoretical fundamentals and technique for efficient preparation of environmental friendly nano zinc oxide /cellulose material.
