寻找具有高组装性能的新颖纤维素基组装基元,探索纤维素与共组装基质之间的复合协同效应,进行以纤维素为基础的功能材料的定向设计与组装,是生物质材料领域中的重要前沿课题。本项目针对目前纤维素组装存在的突出问题:即溶解纤维素极易絮凝而产生的无序组装性,所构筑材料强度的脆弱性,纤维素在碳材料合成领域的应用有限性,提出合成纤维素-二氧化硅复合微凝胶作为进一步构筑纤维素基薄膜、气凝胶材料与Pickering乳液的组装基元,并发展其在制备多级孔碳材料方向的应用;阐明纤维素与二氧化硅之间的协同组装规律,探讨复合组装体的结构、性能与构效关系,探索Pickering乳液对多级孔碳材料的模板调控作用。本项目的开展,可为揭示纤维素-无机基质的复合协同效应奠定实验基础,同时又能为纤维素在材料领域的深度利用提供理论指导。

It is still a significant subject in biomass material field to search for high-powered novel cellulose-based assembly elements, to explore the synergy effect between cellulose and its co-assembling substances, and to further design and fabricate cellulose-based functional composite materials. This project aims at the present issues of cellulose assembly, i.e. easy formation of unordered organization due to the fast flocculation of dissolved cellulose, comparatively low strength of cellulose materials, and limited use of cellulose in canbon material synthesis, and puts forward to synthesize cellulose-silica microgels as assembling element to fabricate cellulose-based films, arogels and Pickering emulsions, and to develop their application in hierarchical porous carbon material preparation. The project will elaborate the mechanism of the synergistical assembly between cellulose and the inorganic substances, and explore the composite structures, properties and the relationship between them, and explore the template effect of Pickering emulsions on hierarchical porous carbon materials. This project is expected to lay an experimental foundation for the synergy effect between cellulose-inorganic substances, and also supply a theoretical guidance for the deep utilization of cellulose in material field.
