研究表明高血压可能与免疫调节和炎症相关。然而,在机体免疫调节功能中发挥重要作用的杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)基因簇与高血压发病关系的研究鲜有报道。本项目将包括两个方面的工作:1. KIR基因簇水平:以基线健康的非高血压人群为研究对象,在已完成基线资料收集、血标本采集以及DNA提取的基础上,检测所有研究对象14个KIR基因携带情况,在随访观察的基础上,获得与高血压发病风险相关联的KIR候选基因;2. 等位基因水平:在随访获得高血压新发病例基础上进行巢氏病例对照研究,利用测序技术检测KIR候选基因及其配体HLA等位基因多态性,探讨其与高血压患病风险的关联关系。项目的完成,将为深入探讨高血压发病免疫炎症机制以及个性化精准医疗提供新的思路。

Hypertension has been suggested to be mediated by immunity and inflammation. However, as immune system genes, polymorphism of KIR genes associated with incident hypertension have been poorly studied. . This study will include the following two contents: 1. Diversity of KIR gene cluster: The baseline healthy individuanls without hypertension will be served as study subjects, all subjects will be examined for 14 KIR genes, and be followed up to explore the KIR candidate gene associates with hypertension, based on completion of baseline data collection, blood sample collection and DNA abstraction; 2. Allele polymorphism level: Nested case control study will be conducted based on new incident hypertension cases identified by following up. The cases and controls will be examined for the allele polymorphism of KIR candidate gene and its ligand HLA, to investigate the relationship between allele polymorphism with incident hypertension. This study will provide new insight into immune inflammatory pathogenesis and individual accurate treatment for hypertension.
